Australian Gourmet Traveller's team of restaurant reviewers serve up their list of Australia's ten best dishes of 2014. Topping the list is Restaurant Australia's Invite the World to Dinner event's menu, which featured a selection of barbequed lobster and seaweed butter, in addition to wallaby broth, grilled abalone and raw red kangaroo. Chef-ambassadors Neil Perry, Peter Gilmore and Ben Shewry did the nation proud at the Restaurant Australia gala dinner at MONA in Hobart in November, putting together a menu that was gutsy, original, polished, and - above all - a pleasure to eat.
