Good museums and attractions aren't in competition with the digital realm. The better ones embrace the capabilities of mobile devices and location-specific content to improve a visitor's experience. In this video presentation by the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Chief Digital Officer, Sree Sreenivasan, Sree describes how he has created a vicious circle between real world and digital visitors. In doing so, he has provided direction for other destinations and attractions trying to find their own way.
